Tennis Continues to Dominate

Athletic Department Staff
The tennis team continued to dominate league play, knocking off Rincon Valley Christian 5-0 to remain undefeated with only two matches remaining. Before the match, the Coyotes recognized their three seniors for their contributions to the tennis program.

Against RVC, #1 singles player Anish Bedi '18 won 6-0, 6-2 and Steven Gu '18 and Kelly Needleman '20 won 6-4, 7-6 in #1 doubles.

The Coyotes have clinched at least a share of the league championship and can win it outright with a win in one of their final two matches. As the Coyotes league winds down, they will turn their attention to the CMC Championship, which will be hosted at Mendocino College on Friday, April 28.

The Coyotes also have a good chance to advance either an individual or group to the NCS playoffs for the first time in school history.

Great job to the Coyotes tennis team!
