Davis Scholarship

The Shelby M.C. Davis Charitable Foundation funds our Davis Scholars Program. The Foundation is committed to supporting Sonoma Academy's mission to serve our surrounding community through the education of motivated and high achieving student leaders interested in seeking a four-year college degree.

Beyond Sonoma County
and Sonoma Academy, the Foundation supports over 3,000 scholars from every corner of the globe. Being a Davis Scholar at Sonoma Academy means that you join a powerful global network of future leaders.

The Foundation believes that promising future leaders come from a broad range of backgrounds and cultures and that those leaders should be afforded greater educational opportunities starting in high school.

Our first cohort of Davis Scholars entered their freshman year at Sonoma Academy in 2014. As a result of the positive impact that our Davis Scholars have had on our community, additional donors have come forward to support incremental scholarships. In addition to our Davis Scholars we have a number of individually named scholarships available for motivated students.
