High School is too important a choice to leave up to chance, and we're delighted that you are considering Sonoma Academy. We look forward to helping you on the important journey you have begun to find the right high school.

As Sonoma County's only independent high school, we have the flexibility to innovate in the curriculum, to attract and keep the most creative and inspiring teachers, and to work directly from our core beliefs.

All of our talented students are college bound, and they come from 32 cities, five counties (Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Lake, and Mendocino), and from 82 middle schools.

We believe that you can't really get to know us unless you experience what it's like here for yourself. We invite you to explore the web site and then visit us in person by attending an Open House and a Visit Day.

Applicants of every race, color, nationality, socioeconomic background, and ethnic origin are welcome and encouraged to apply. We seek students who will become active, engaged, caring members of our community of learners.

We have a generous financial aid and scholarship fund that enables us to offer different tuition levels to families depending on their financial circumstances.

We look forward to getting to know you and your family and seeing you on campus soon. Meanwhile, join our community on Facebook.

With warm regards,
