Track & Field - Richards, Goody and Bowen in Empire Best
Caleb Richards '16, Alyssa Goody '16, and Rylee Bowen '18 were listed in the Press Democrats Empire Best this week. Richards 3200 time was the 5th fastest in the area this season and Goody's 3200 time was fourth best. Bowen had four times in the top 5, including her 800, 1600, and 3200 times which were all the top in the area.
The track and field team competed at Montgomery High School against Windsor, Montgomery, Rincon Valley Christian and Piner in a non league meet. Official scores haven't been posted, but the Coyotes impressed in many events. The Coyotes head to Dublin on Saturday to compete in the Dublin Distance Festival before starting CMC meets on Wednesday, March 25 at Fort Bragg.
