Karen Meyer

Karen Meyer was born and raised in Western Australia. After graduating university with a degree in economics she decided to move her focus to the wine industry, earning a degree in enology. Her work took her all over the world, living in New Zealand, France, Oregon, and all through Australia before finally settling down in Northern California. Karen has made wine with her husband at their small family winery, Meyer Cellars, since 2004. She has served as a board member at Sonoma Country Day School for several terms.

With one of three children already at Sonoma Academy, she looks forward to being involved with this progressive, dedicated community.
