Emily grew up in Mendocino County and moved to Sonoma County six years ago. As the first person in her family to attend college, Emily began her college education at Santa Rosa Junior College where she graduated with Dean’s highest honors. Upon graduating from Santa Rosa Junior College, she is continuing her education at Sonoma State University. 

Emily’s long-term goal is to ultimately complete her masters degree in counseling, focusing on higher education. In her spare time, Emily enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
