Community Wellness

Code of Conduct

We take the safety and wellbeing of our students very seriously. As part of this commitment, we have adopted an employee Code of Conduct and a policy against Harassment & Bullying of students.

We encourage parents, students, alumni or other members of the school community to report concerns about any violations of these policies to the Head of School or the Chair of the Board of Trustees or through the LiveSafe reporting platform, detailed below.

They can be reached as follows:

Tucker Foehl, Head of School: tucker [dot] foehl [@]
Chris Hanna, Chair of the Board of Trustees: board [dot] chair [@]

Members of the Sonoma Academy community may also report suspected violations through LiveSafe, using any device and logging in with an email address or phone number. Though the platform requires that users first establish an account by providing a name and email address, community members may elect to have LiveSafe submit reports to SA anonymously, although this may impact SA’s ability to follow up on your report.

LiveSafe will provide reports to Sonoma Academy, and Sonoma Academy will treat all reports as confidential.

Sonoma Academy will not retaliate against anyone who reports conduct that may violate the Code of Conduct.
