Varsity Volleyball Season Ends in NCS Playoffs

Athletic Department Staff
The Sonoma Academy varsity volleyball team qualified for this year's North Coast Section Playoffs as a 14 seed, which meant they matched up against the number 3 seed San Franscio Waldorf in the first round. This past Tuesday night the Coyotes players and coaches made the trip to San Francisco for the NCS opening round match against the highest quality opponent they would face all season. While the SA varsity girls would go on to lose the match 0-3, the coaches and players should feel proud of what they accomplished this season. With only one senior on this year's roster, the returning players will be able to build on this year's success in the future.
