Nick Folly

Nick Folly ’04 

Nick Folly is an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Prior to working as a federal prosecutor, Nick worked at a prominent law firm in New York City and clerked for two federal judges.  

Nick grew up in Sebastopol, California, and remains a loyal Bay Area sports fan despite living in New York for more than fifteen years.  He was a member of Sonoma Academy’s first graduating class in 2004.  After high school, Nick received a B.A. from Columbia University, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was an editor for the Columbia Journal of Race and Law.
