SA debaters rank in the top 20 policy debate teams in California
Maya Nichols '18 and Gibran Hassan '17 qualified for the California Debate Championsip Tournament April 20 - April 22 in Mountain House, California. The pair advanced through the preliminary debate rounds and continued debating in the elimination rounds among the best teams in the State. Maya and Gibran made it all the way to be named as one of the top 20 teams in all of California. That ranking was among all schools of all sizes across the state.
