JV Basketball Teams Continue to Strong Play
The junior varsity basketball teams at Sonoma Academy continue to impress with their overall development and strong play on the court.
The JV girls are undefeated in league play and pulled out their last game against Tomales in the final seconds on free throws by Lua Coenen '17.
The JV boys basketball team has split their last four games in league play, and played league leaders St. Vincent and Upper Lake in close games, including getting within three points on Tuesday night of sending their game to overtime.
Both JV teams will host Calistoga on Friday, with the JV girls starting at 3:30 pm and the JV boys to follow at 5 pm.
