Cross Country at CMC Championships

The Varsity Cross Country team had an impressive performance at the CMC Championships last week!

The JV boys team finished second overall, with their 29 points just three points behind the champion team, Point Arena. We had five Coyotes in the top ten, including a second place finish by Sebastien Luciano '25.  Paul Macievich '25, Winslow Bouverat '25, Cole Homicz '25, and Leo Dale '25 all earned top ten league finishes.

Up next, the Varsity girls didn't have a complete team (of at least five runners), but that didn't stop the four that competed from crushing it! Lucy Gott won the NCL II race and finished second overall in the CMC (which is the NCL I & NCL II).  She was joined by Ally Glenn '23 (second in NCL II and fifth overall) and Sarah Kam '24 (third in NCL II and sixth overall). Shelbee Amaya '24 also earned top ten honors with a ninth place league finish.
