Tim Shaw

Tim Shaw retired in 2014, after 34 years in the banking industry (Northern and Southern California). His focus for much of his banking career was credit administration.
 
Tim is currently a licensed real estate broker and, along with his wife Mary (also a licensed real estate broker), is an owner/operator of PMI Northbay, a property management company specializing in single-family homes located in Solano County.  Tim is also the current president (2024) of the Alameda/Contra Costa Chapter of NARPM (National Association of Real Property Managers).
 
After retiring Tim became active with his son’s school. That involvement led to serving for six years on Blue Oak School’s Board of Trustees which included one term as vice chair and heading various committees.
 
Tim and his wife Mary have a son currently attending Sonoma Academy, Steven (’26) and they reside in downtown Napa.
