We expect our students to approach education with passion, intellect and excellence. We expect even more from ourselves – as faculty and staff.

All of us are dedicated to becoming the best possible teachers, coaches and administrators we can be. Our Professional Development program is designed to help us do that – encouraging us to grow individually and as a learning community.

Inspiring our students by example.

We all consider ourselves learners as well as teachers. This is one of our school’s strengths and it's supported by a special exploratory fund that allows faculty and staff to take classes in any area of interest.. It’s how we are able to instill such a passion for learning in our students.

We begin each school year with a full faculty retreat – allowing us to examine, as a group, a wide range of academic and student issues. During the year, we pursue our personal development plans – working with teaching mentors, attending conferences, expanding our knowledge base and building our teaching skills. We also meet regularly to explore the art of teaching, as well as discuss curriculum and school issues.
