Clubs and Activities
Because our students form new ones each year according to their interests, we have a changing slate of groups you can join. If you don’t see something you like now in the list below, it might be there when you get here or you might be the one to get it started.
- Al-Stars (admissions representatives)
- Amnesty International
- Anime Club
- Book Club
- Dance Team
- Diversity Club
- French Club
- Health and Wellness Teaching Assistants
- Interfaith Club
- Newspaper
- Queer/Straight Alliance
- Ride Club
- SA Film Club
- Spanish Club
- Storytelling Club
- Student Leadership
- Student Outdoor Leadership
- Tennis Club
- Video Making Club
- Yearbook
We also make it easy to have experiences without cutting into your homework time (or your sleep!). Activities like yearbook, student newspaper, debate, and Model United Nations happen during exploratory course time — part of your regular class day. Volunteer work happens for all students on Wednesday afternoons, when we have organized time and transportation for community service. During our Intersession program (between semesters) we offer international travel, in which about half our student body has taken part.
